OUR FAVORITE SWEET TREATS

We love to go out for something sweet in the afternoon (or morning, after dinner, whenever, no judgement) and Santa Teresa has a lot of great options! These are our go-to spots and our favorite treats.

El Somos Cafe

Somos has some of the best pastries we’ve ever had. They have sweet options like croissants and cinnamon rolls, as well as savory options like their delicious cheese roll and focaccia sandwiches. In our opinion, they also make the best coffee in town — and it’s a great spot to sit and people-watch.

What we order: the cardamom roll and a cortado

Suave

We’ve noticed frozen Greek yoghurt is having a moment and of course Santa Teresa has its own spot. At Suave you can get smoothies, acai bowls and coffee as well but trust me - the frozen Greek yoghurt shouldn’t be missed!

What we order: The vegan coffee flavor with chocolate chips on top

Gaucha

If you prefer regular ice cream, Gaucha is for you! They have several locations and the ice cream is really good. Lots of flavors to choose from so you might need more than one visit.

What we order: The banana split flavor or super dulce de leche

The Bakery

The Bakery is a Santa Teresa classic and a crowd favorite. This is a classic bakery with a big selection of freshly baked breads, pastries and cakes. They also offer the same selection at their new concept Namoré which is also worth a visit for their delicious cocktails and dinner menu.
